  • Account Information: Email address for authentication (via magic link or OTP).
  • Preferences: Equipment, skills, duration, and language preferences.
  • Workout Data: Workouts generated, saved, and shared.
  • Usage Data: Anonymous analytics on how you interact with the App.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, precise location, or payment information unless explicitly provided by you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve workout generation and related features.
  • Store your preferences and saved workouts.
  • Enable account authentication and security.
  • Analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve the App.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU when possible).
  • We apply industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
  • As an independent developer, I do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Sharing Your Information

We may share your workouts publicly only if you explicitly choose to share them. Shared workouts will not include your email or personal preferences.

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Some technical services we use may store or process data outside the European Union. When this happens, we take steps to ensure adequate protection under GDPR.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request corrections or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Request data portability.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services.You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our systems.

How to delete your Workout Roulette account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the app, authenticate, go to the user menu located in the upper right corner, select Profile and use the Delete Account button at the bottom,
  2. or send an email to help@workoutroulette.app with the subject "Delete my Workout Roulette account".

Data deleted: your email, account information, saved workouts, and preferences.

Data retained: technical logs and encrypted backups for up to 30 days for security and compliance before being permanently removed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the App or email.
